In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Faure will organize the work of the team, solve day-to-day issues and will actively participate in the overall management. He will also be responsible for drawing up the operating budget, finding funding, interacting with riders and working with sports directors. In addition, he is entrusted with the tasks of drafting contracts, attracting and retaining riders.
